The book is edited by Disco Pogo editor Jim Butler and features interviews, essays and features from the best music journalists working today, alongside a timeline, family tree, gear and gig lists. There are also archive LCD Soundsystem features from Jockey Slut and Dummy magazine.
The book features an iconic cover portrait of James Murphy by unofficial/official LCD photographer Ruvan Wijesooriya, plus a huge amount of exclusive, never-before-seen photography from Ruvan, Tim Soter, Tim Saccenti and other photographers who have been close to LCD since the very beginning of their careers.
